How Scented Candles Can Create A Positive Effect On You And Your Space.

Research studies share that the simple act of lighting a candle can not only help to build a positive mindset … when incorporated into your “me” time, it can also help to relief stressors at the end of the day.

The warm flicker of a candle flame and it’s pleasant aroma in the air, can set a soothing and zen like atmosphere that is perfect for easing the mind and relaxing the body.

Look for non- toxic candles that are made with naturally derived/ plant-based waxes, use essential oil-based or certified nontoxic fragrances, and wicks that are made of cotton, hemp, or wood.
